1. Who we are

Capital Xperience ("Capital Xperience") is an independent booking and transport partner for Ukutula Lion Park. We are not Ukutula Lion Park. All wildlife experiences are operated by Ukutula on their reserve; Capital Xperience arranges bookings, transport and customer support.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and a written confirmation has been issued. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Ukutula rules

Walk With Lions and Lion Waterhole: minimum age 12, minimum height 1.5m.
Guided Predator Tour: all ages welcome, under 5 free.
Neutral clothing, closed shoes and adherence to handler instructions are mandatory.
Ukutula reserves the right to refuse participation on safety grounds.

4. Transport

Transport is quoted separately based on pickup address and group size. Pickup times are estimated; please allow a 15-minute window. Delays due to traffic, weather or force majeure do not entitle you to a refund of the tour portion.

5. Wildlife disclaimer

Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Weather and animal behaviour are outside our control. Refunds are not offered on the basis of individual sightings.

6. Liability

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Neither Capital Xperience nor Ukutula Lion Park accepts liability for injury, loss or damage other than as required by law. Guests must have adequate personal travel insurance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
