This Privacy Policy explains how Capital Xperience ("Capital Xperience", "we", "our") collects and uses personal information when you book Ukutula experiences and related transfers through this website. This policy is aligned with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

1. Information we collect

Name, email address and phone number
Pickup address and travel dates for transfer bookings
Number of adults and children in your party
Payment confirmation data (we do not store card numbers)
Cookies and analytics data (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) — see section 5

2. How we use it

To confirm and deliver your booked experience and transport
To share your booking details with Ukutula Lion Park where required to confirm entry
To send booking confirmations, reminders and post-tour follow-ups
To respond to enquiries via email, phone or WhatsApp

3. Who we share it with

We only share personal information where necessary: with Ukutula Lion Park to confirm bookings, with our transport drivers, and with our payment processor. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data retention

Booking records are retained for 5 years for tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe.

5. Cookies & analytics

This site uses cookies and third-party analytics to understand traffic and improve conversion. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to book.

6. Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email lionwalksafari@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
