The Guided Predator Tour is Ukutula's flagship family-friendly experience and the best-value way to see lions, cheetahs and hyenas up close near Johannesburg. Led by expert Ukutula rangers, the two-hour walking tour weaves through the reserve's predator enclosures with detailed conservation storytelling — from lion pride behaviour to Ukutula's cheetah rewilding work and hyena research programme.
Because there is no minimum age and children under five are free, it is one of the most popular things to do with kids near Pretoria and Johannesburg. Photographers love the tour too — multiple slow, calm photo stops replace the rushed drive-by feel of a big safari park.
